Our lake house, on the 11 mile marker of the main channel of the Lake of the Ozarks is the perfect retreat for you and your family or group. It is a spacious, open floor plan with fun gathering spots both inside and outside. Save money having some meals at home in the fully equiped kitchen and outdoor propane grill. Enjoy relaxing and swimming off the dock. The boat slip is occupied but the dock is set up to tie up your own boat or rental next to the dock. The dock has a swim ladder, tie down cleats, and fenders for your boat. We have high speed internet and a Netflix subscription. Both the master bedroom and second suite have screened in proches to enjoy the view or have a smoke (just kindly don't make a mess or get the inside smelly). On Saturday and Sunday it is like a boat show going by. You'll see everything from fishermen in the morning to speed boats and yachts later in the day. During the week, it is very peaceful and a much different experience. You could easily go out in a small boat or float off of the dock. It is very close to attractions by both boat and land such as Frankie & Louies, Captian Ron's, Lake House 13, Paradise Tropical Bar, Shady Gators, H. Toad, Lazy Gators, Woods grocery store, and both Revolution and Budd Marijuana dispensaries.
